3 key rules for getting to the next level once you have got to Level 59 and until you get to level 65

Most people are keen to get to the next level so they become a more powerful alliance member. Once you get to level 60 the limiting factor is Gold.

Spending gold on the following gets you experience points. For cost of EXP see separate November post

1. Obviously the upgrades you get at the tech centre

2. Any contributions to Alliance Tech 

3. Building mines and troop buildings

4. Creating Troops

5. Opening up new land areas


Rule 1

Assuming you want to contribute to the alliance then your best approach is

1.Max all your techs at each level ( EXCEPT Infinite firepower)

2. Complete Infinite firepower 12 levels below your current level, So at Level 65 you should complete IF level 53 as part of getting to Level 66

3. You will find this is not quite enough to get to 66 so you will need to contribute to alliance tech and build barracks,troops etc.

4. The fastest Tech to contribute to is fast combat which allows 200 at a time and refreshes every 20 seconds

Rule 2

Try to go up to the next level by just creeping over the requirement with little or no gold left since all sources of gold double in value at each level but see rule 3

Rule 3

Try and save some red boxes so you can do the basic Tech upgrades as soon as you level up. In order of priority they are

1. Create more gold mines so you have 20 at the higher level and can collect max value from red boxes. Making sure you have 40 maxed out before you upgrade will get you there.

2. Cash your red boxes or go to tax centre or whatever to get some gold

2. Upgrade max tank level so you can merge tanks and create space

3. Upgrade tank merge so you can train tanks at the top level. Training 2 level 65's takes 50 % longer than training 1 level 66

4. If you have lots of gold do the training upgrade which speeds up training by 33%. If not then upgrade Navy and airforce but leave the create barracks/ airbase. dock as the last thing you upgrade.

5. Now start the laborious task of collecting gold!!!

 Swapping Perks and Perk Books This is confusing if you read the explanations in the game so here is what really happens as far as I know. If you know better post a comments and I will update 1. Get a new Perk You can use a perk book to exchange 1 existing Perk for a new random one. You do not get to chose what the new one is and it may not be an improvement.If you do decide to exchange then you will keep the level you have bought so you do not lose your contributions If you decide to stay as you are then you can but you have used your perk book anyway 2. Swapping Perks between heroes You can swap ALL the perks on one hero for all the perks on another but you can't just swap one 3. My view If you have money or gems to burn then you could keep swapping perks on say RAMBO until all 4 were army improvements.
