The Arsenal Guide

This is new at level 65 and looks complicated. It is!

The general principle is that you produce material and then use  gold and a blueprint to craft equipment which you can then add ( configure) on your tank, ship or plane.


1. Produce Materials

You have 7 different raw materials you can make and you can create a queue of up to 5. It takes  2 1/2 hours to produce 10 basic items. Just keep making basic items to start with. you can merge materials to higher levels which you will need to do once you have made all the lower level items

2. Craft Equipment

To craft an item requires a blueprint, raw materials and Gold. When you get the arsenal you will probably already have between 6 and 10 blueprints although you may not have noticed getting them

There are 5 different sorts of equipment you can make. Most are specific to either army Navy or Air force Equipment can be crafted at 4 different level. Higher levels require more gold to but and more material to manufacture. They are explained below

Level 1 colour code Grey 

Cost 320cc gold and  70 level 1 materials taking 17.5 hours to make. You can probably craft the 3 you probably have blueprints for while you are at level 65

Level 2 Colour coded Green

Cost 9.05 dd and 70 level 2 materials. Level 2 materials are made by combining 4 level materials so it will take you 70 hours to craft them, around 3 days. Again you probably have 3 blueprints already so you can make these while you level from 66 to 69 ish

Level 3 Colour coded Blue

Cost 637dd and 70 level 3 materials. Level 3 materials are made by merging level 2 material so it will take you 280 hours to craft them or around 2 weeks

You wont get to craft a Blue item until you are at level 70 when you will have enough money. You may 3 or 4 blueprints for blue items  but you will need 2 weeks between items 

Level 4 Colour coded Purple

Cost 568ee  and 70 level 4 materials. Same rules apply so it will take 2 months to craft the materials for each item!!! Anyway 568ee is very expensive and you will need to be at level 77 or 78 to consider crafting one of these high powered  pieces of kit

3. Configure Equipment

Once you have made say an aircraft gun go to configure equipment and add the equipment in the aeroplane tab. 

4. Blueprints

These seem to be obtained by completing levels in special events but they are rare and seem unpredictable

  Decor Of course you can use decorations however you like but if you want to maximise their power read on 1. Like most things in top war decorations are colour coded with the best ones being purple and the least value grey 2. Each decoration has a mximum effective number which is displayed when you click on them. This varies from 1 for the most valuable to 100 for purple and grey tiles 3. Decor only helps your power if you put them on the map. They have no impact in the inventory 4. Apart from Tiles the grey decor are pretty useless. My advice is only use them if you like the look of them on the map 5. Tiles are different. 100 level 1 purple tiles will just about halve your training speed. Adding 1 to make 101 makes no difference but replacing level 1 tile with a level 2 tile will improve training speed a bit. So the best plan is start with 100 level 1 tiles.Then when you have time and a few level 2 tiles replce level1 tiles with level 2 tiles. It is not a big difference not not e...
