General Information about leveling up to level 59 ish


Leveling up is a key part of Top War and it is pretty easy to start with. You will get to level 40 without much trouble as part of everything else you do.

The reason leveling up gets more difficult is that the Experience required more than doubles at each level BUT the exp gained only doubles.

You will probably just doing Tech upgrades and donating to your alliance tech and you will get to the next level pretty frequently.

The limiting factor is tech boxes and the best way way to get these is

1. Defeating warhammer. Attack yourself or join others by setting the autojoin function

2. Mine tech mines in the dimensional mine

You will increasingly find you are short of tech to complete the basic mine or barracks, shipyard, airbase  upgrade so attacking helicopters when you attack the dark enemy is your best plan as well as using any spare gold to to do this.

 Swapping Perks and Perk Books This is confusing if you read the explanations in the game so here is what really happens as far as I know. If you know better post a comments and I will update 1. Get a new Perk You can use a perk book to exchange 1 existing Perk for a new random one. You do not get to chose what the new one is and it may not be an improvement.If you do decide to exchange then you will keep the level you have bought so you do not lose your contributions If you decide to stay as you are then you can but you have used your perk book anyway 2. Swapping Perks between heroes You can swap ALL the perks on one hero for all the perks on another but you can't just swap one 3. My view If you have money or gems to burn then you could keep swapping perks on say RAMBO until all 4 were army improvements.   3 key rules for getting to the next level once you have got to Level 59 and until you get to level 65 Most people are keen to get to the next level so they become a more powerful alliance member. Once you get to level 60 the limiting factor is Gold. Spending gold on the following gets you experience points. For cost of EXP see separate November post 1.
